Business was in my blood, having grown up managing and working in my family business I felt it really shaped me to who i am now

Working in a shop in a low income area in Brazil was a university of life itself, you would meet all kinds of people.I naturally trained myself to sense all the different energies, I could also sense fear, lies, truth, be with kind people and meet bullies.That gave me a way of being that I get it’s a gift, I do follow my knowing.

“I could not fit”

Deep down I knew more was possible, there was a world out there to explore.

When I was 25 I got my passport, sold my car which gave me enough funds to do what I needed to do to move to London - England.

I choose to do whatever it takes to have more of me, I was in pursuit of my dreams and in order to do that i would do whatever it would take. Can you relate to that?

How did I start in alternative therapies…

After 4 years living in London I was tired, I was not caring for myself and adopting coping mechanisms to survive.

Right at that time I decided I needed to change and shift into a more holistic and embodied way with my health and living.  I started seeing a homeopath, this is where everything started to change.

I learned to listen to my body, to ask for what I needed and be present with it. II took up yoga, I became a vegetarian, I diminished on alcohol consumption and started yoga, started to cycle, dance and enjoy the outdoors when possible. 

I was happier with my body and myself BUT still I knew I needed more, I needed a job that fulfilled me, I needed to learn something different, a new job perhaps a career.

I asked the universe, what could it be? When I did not know what I wanted I asked the universe for help.

My path to the art of energy and finding other talents…

I then looked for a new career path and by asking the universe I got into Anatomy, Physiology and Massage Course.

I became a massage therapist in 2002 in London, I was good, I could use my gifts. I could connect, listen, be present with people.

I embarked on studying other therapies such as reflexology, naturopathy, Flower Essences, Essential Oils Therapies, Reiki, Deekha and Access Consciousness tools and classes.

On my quest for personal development

I started to follow different modalities and I came across this particular one that advertised for an internship I applied for and got in.

I played all the skills I have developed over the years. I am a go-getter. I'm going to make this work in my favor and I got the actual work once the internship ended.

From there I was putting in a lot of projects. I was busy, I learned and developed other skills such as becoming a personal assistant, personal organizer, managing and coordinating projects, facilitators and hosting classes. 

What I offer today it’s a total result of many years of learning, creating, developing, engaging and changing.
